Brian T. Brian began his career at Winthrop, Stimson, Putnam & Roberts, a wall street law firm. Brian’s work included Securities and Mergers & Acquisitions. His client base consisted of Fortune 500 companies as well as high-net-worth individuals. Brian’s next step was working as counsel at Sony Music. At Sony Brian worked with artists such as Michael Jackson, Mariah Carey, Oasis, Patra and Earth Wind and Fire.
Following Sony Brian worked as head of Business and Legal Affairs at Tommy Boy Music, working with such artists as Naughty By Nature, Queen Latifah, Coolio, Everlast, De La Soul and Oran Juice Jones. Following Tommy Boy Brian worked as Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs at Def Jam Music, working with such artists as Jay Z, Ja Rule, Ashanti, 112 and Kanye West. Following Def Jam Brian went into private practice. In his capacity as lawyer and counsellor Brian has handled all aspects of his clients business, from record contracts to fashion labels to endorsements. His clients have included Murder Inc. Records, Irv Gotti, Ja Rule, DMX, Beanie Sigel, Lil Wayne, Chingy, Mannie Fresh, Sunshine Anderson, Nina Sky, Anthony Davis, Floyd Mayweather, Jaidon Codrington, Jess King, Deep Haven Records, Keith “Wonderboy” Johnson, The Entertainers Basketball Classic at Rucker Park, Nia Fairweather and Rhea Calaveras.
